3. Project Agreements
Each project will be governed by a separate agreement that outlines the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These project-specific agreements, along with these Terms of Service, constitute the complete agreement between you and Kosher Codes.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to the agreed milestone schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components in future projects.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, project details, or any proprietary data with third parties without your explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kosher Codes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
